Despite the recession, Northern Light Media client DPR Roofing has reported record sales for 2011. Whilst many businesses are reporting very tough trading conditions, DPR have bucked the trend and had an extremely successful year.
Commenting on the success, DPR’s Managing Director Darren Rickett commented, “At the start of the year it would have been easy to take a pessimistic view and slash our marketing and advertising budget. However, having worked with Northern Light Media for over two years, we had confidence that they would be able to deliver a return on our media spend. In December 2010 we set out a clear strategy of what the business wanted to achieve in 2011. Northern Light Media then devised a marketing strategy that looked to spend our budget efficiently and wisely, in the areas which would deliver stability first and then growth. Whilst many of our competitors were switching all of their advertising budgets to online media, we spread our budget across several printed media and digital media channels, all of which have delivered results. I am really pleased with Northern Light Media’s efforts”
